I offer one hour sessions where I go through your exercise history and we make a plan with specific movements to support you however you need!
Health and Nutrition Coaching

Lifestyle and nutrition play an essential role in overall health, but especially during pregnancy and postpartum and the menopause years. I can work with you and/or your family to build sustainable habits as the foundation of a healthy lifestyle.
Postpartum Return to Exercise Class

This eight week class focuses on rehabbing and rebuilding the pelvic floor through movement. There is one in person class every week and two workouts you can do at home. It prepares moms for any type of exercise (CrossFit, running, or just daily life!) The next class start to be determined.
Three Session Pregnancy Consultation

Learn how to move safely through your pregnancy and protect your long term pelvic health. You can book multiple packages or spread your three sessions through each trimester.
Glutes, Core, and Pelvic Floor Class

Join me at the Pagosa Springs Community Center (451 Hot Springs Blvd) every Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. for a workout focused on strengthening and coordinating your glutes, core, and pelvic floor. This class is donation based.
Postpartum Rebuild and Restore

This program provides holistic support to rebuild and restore your body postpartum. It includes 12 weeks of personalized nutrition coaching, the Return to Exercise Class, and a month of the women's strength training class. Participation is limited to a cohort of five. Stay tuned for the next cohort.
