About Mommas, Minis, and Muscles

Do you leak when you jump or sneeze? Have you felt like your body was never the same after babies? Do you wake up numerous times a night to go to the bathroom? Many of these symptoms have to do with our pelvic floor, and while they are common, they don't have to be normal. My personalized approach focuses on empowering you to take care of your body and mind, so you can thrive through all the changes your body goes through during your life. I will tailor all training to your athletic interest whether you are a Crossfitter, outdoor athlete, or just looking to improve general health and wellness. Because the body cannot thrive without proper nourishment, I also focus on nutrition and lifestyle coaching to support optimal hormone health.

Your Coach

Hi! I'm Beth Tagliareni. I have been an avid athlete my entire life, though interests have changed through that time. In particular, I love climbing, mountaineering, hiking, skiing, and CrossFit! Through my own experiences and struggles through my own pregnancy and postpartum, I realized how most women and even providers lack the knowledge to support women in pursuit of a lifetime of athleticism. I am super excited to bring the knowledge I have gained to my coaching to empower women to thrive through this massive period of change in their lives and take a holistic and personalized approach to fitness and nutrition
